At Judco, we do much more than produce quality switches and custom components.  We also offer production support for your team with our Designers, Production Engineers and Sales Engineers.  We offer our design services so you can concentrate on what you do best.  We can work from a hand sketch up to 3-D models.  Our designers can get workable prototypes to you within hours of getting approvals.  We have in-house custom designed 3D printers for prototype part production as well as the ability to make small lot aluminum molds to test out your ideas and designs.

We are also ready to sample and quote your plastic part requirements.  We have 20 closed loop Arburg™ injection molding machines with computerized quality monitoring systems to control the process and control the quality.  We currently produce over 5,000,000 plastic parts each month and can run up to 24/7 if needed.  Our team of Mold Managers and Technicians each have over 30 years of experience with technical molding for the demanding automotive and consumer product customers.

Our wire processing department can cut, strip, and double terminate your 12g - 26g wires with a multitude of terminals and wire lengths.  We have German engineered Komax™ wire processing machines with sophisticated crimp force monitors for exacting crimps.  We also perform hourly pull tests to destruction to make sure your wires stand up to the rigorous requirements in the field.  For your extreme volume jobs, we have added two Japanese engineered Kodera™ machines that can cut, strip, and terminte at speeds of 7,000 wires per hour.
